Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Shipping:

Rate: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping:
- Rate: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
- To receive expedited shipping you must email sales@haleysfurnishings.com requesting this. Shipping price is subject to change once quoted for your order to be expedited.

Local Delivery:
- Service Area: Huntsville, AL, and surrounding areas within 60 miles
- Delivery Time: Date & time will be scheduled with an interiors associate
- Rate: Flat rate of $100 for everything EXCEPT our Liberty and Browning Safes, fees may vary for large orders. Safes very depending on the size and details regarding the delivery.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship product within the continental United States only
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues

Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact our interiors team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging (inside and out.)

Missing Items:
- If your order arrives incomplete, please contact our interiors team within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages:
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our interiors team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
